Dextrose monohydrate, maltodextrin, skimmed milk powder, ultrafiltered whey protein concentrate , cocoa (for chocolate flavor), premix of vitamins and minerals (trisodium citrate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, tricalcium citrate, vitamin C, dimagnesium citrate, niacin , pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, thiamine, vitamin B12, folic acid), flavor, carmine dye (for strawberry flavor), L-glutamine, thickening agent thickener: xanthan gum (E 415). Mix 2 measures (100g) of the PRO MASS product in 300ml of water or milk. Administer preferably 2 portions per day.
